Keep It Grand!

Create your free postcard

We'll mail postcards with your photo and message to Arizona's Senators — for free.

Why postcards?

A picture is worth a 1,000 words. We want Arizona’s Senators to see — and hold in their hands — thousands of photos that show why the Grand Canyon Region is important to the people and communities they represent.

What does it cost?

Nothing! It's free. All you have to do is select a photo, and type a short message describing why Grand Canyon and the Arizona Trail is important to you. We do the rest.

Who made this?

Keep It Grand is a project of the Arizona Trail Association, the nonprofit organization whose mission is to protect, maintain, enhance, promote and sustain the Arizona Trail as a unique encounter with the land.

How it works

1. Choose your photo

Use a photo you already have or select one from our collection.

The best photos include you in the Grand Canyon Region and/or on the Arizona Trail. Pictures of real people make the biggest impact with legislators.

2. Choose your slogan

Write your own slogan, or select from our list of popular options.

3. Write your message

Tell your Senators why you love Grand Canyon, the Colorado River and the Arizona Trail, and why protecting these resources from uranium mining should be a priority.

4. Add your address

With your address, we’ll confirm you’re an Arizona resident — a necessary part of communicating with Arizona’s Senators.

5. Approve and send!

Check your postcard for accuracy and take a look at the lawmakers who will receive your postcard. If everything looks good, approve your postcard.
